The indoor pool area was beautifully designed and provided a relaxing atmosphere.
The Wi-Fi connection was spotty and unreliable, especially in the evening.

The hotel was close to our fishing adventure on Lake Oahe, fantastic. Plus, we enjoyed hanging out by the pool. The amenities fit our needs really well.
The staff at the front desk seemed overwhelmed and disinterested, made check-in frustrating.

I was moved rooms quickly
The room had an over powering amount of bad air freshener; enough to get an immediate headache. The sheets were disgustingly so I had to change rooms The showers looked as though it had been weeks since they had been cleaned

The stay offered a clean and comfortable room with a lovely communal pool area. Some outdated touches, like the inconsistent service and noise from the nearby railroad, were noticeable. It provided good value for the price.

The outdoor pool area was perfect for the kids, and we enjoyed fishing on Lake Oahe-caught some great walleye! The big restaurant had diverse menu options, made it easy to please everyone in the family.
My kids wished for a better breakfast setup with more healthy options.

The location of the restaurant was very good and the availability of a walking path was a plus.
Having to be asked to wait three times so that staff could prepare our room. Eventually were given another room different from the one originally offered. Checkin staff seemed tired as it was getting to be end of the day and were not as hospitable as we see on t.v. They seemed non-chalant and one even quietly voiced a mild expletive that was audible.

The fresh fish at the hotel restaurant was a total catch-cooked to perfection! Plus, I loved the spacious lounge area. The grounds were a sight to see too, very well maintained and inviting.
While the staff was cheerful, not getting my requested early check-in was a letdown, especially since it seemed like a missed chance to impress.

Everything was fine, with hospitable and attentive staff, met my requirements. The whole room was reasonably large and well-kept and had flat screen cable TV, a microwave and a fridge. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. I did not want to leave there, so couldn't recommend more this hotel.

I loved how close the hotel was to Lake Oahe, just about 1 km away, and the Trail of Governors was within a short stroll as well, giving me a lovely glimpse of the local history. It really added to the experience exploring the area on foot.

I loved the cozy vibes of my Queen Room! The indoor swimming pool was a perfect escape after a long travel day, and I can't stop raving about the amazing fish tacos at the on-site restaurant! Add a make-your-own waffle station in the morning, and you've got my heart 🥰

Encountered significant issues , with disruptive maintenance work starting too early and a lack of communication leading to access problems with my room. The food at the restaurant was disappointing as well, with a plate lacking in balance and value. On a brighter note, the staff's willingness to upgrade my room was appreciated, and the hotel's efforts to maintain its facilities showed promise.
